Chief Operating Officer
As an experienced and effective executive in diverse business cultures, Ned brings more than 40 years of experience to the team. Ned specializes in facility turnarounds and consolidations, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding budgeted results. He is skilled in new site acquisition, development, construction and start up, and an effective team builder.
Most recently, Ned served as President and CEO of Catalyst Paper Corporation, where he successfully completed a full operational turnaround, resulting in the sale of the business. Ned holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse and is a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Executive Vice President
Dammon has more than 30 years’ experience in engineering, including managing and executing feasibility studies, comprehensive licensing and permitting, and project development support for large and complex projects including fossil fuel and renewable energy generating facilities, emerging renewable fuels technologies, solid waste management facilities, and chemical production and processing facilities. Previously, Dammon was the Vice President of Energy and Industrial Services for ESS Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine.
Senior Vice President
With over 20 years of experience in engineering and project management in the power production, industrial manufacturing, and pulp and paper industries, Scott's areas of expertise include project development and management; construction coordination; estimating; and designing, specifying, and executing on complicated electrical and control installations for large-scale industrial projects. Scott previously held project management positions with Woodard & Curran and The Fitch Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine and is a U.S. Navy veteran.
The CSS team includes industry veterans in engineering, construction, operations, and project management, supported by strong accounting, legal, marketing and sales specialists. CSS also maintains a network of external relationships which allows us to seek and retain specialty talent when a particular situation requires outside resources.
